 Special tools for electrode operation

1、Sling: The threaded part of the lifting device is made of graphite, which ensures that the electrode is not damaged due to its similar properties to the electrode (see figure). The specification length of the lifting device should match the electrode hole.

If the lifting equipment is worn or the thread height is less than 3mm, it is prohibited to use and should be replaced in a timely manner. (See figure)

2、Torque handle: used when locking electrodes on or under the furnace (see Figure 14).

3、Torque ring: Use a torque ring when rotating the electrode (see Figure 15).
